Job Description:

As a Trainee Sales Executive at Swivt Technologies, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be vital in driving revenue growth and promoting our innovative IT solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
● Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
● Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product or service presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
● Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored solutions.

● Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to overall revenue growth.
● Market intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position our products in the market effectively.
● Customer Engagement: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sales support and fostering customer advocacy.

Qualifications:
● Higher Level Certification or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
● Passion in sales and Information technology industry entry level.

● Strong knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
● Result-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Strong negotiation skills
● Result-oriented and time-management skills are a must.
