Although this is a pre-baked project in stealth with ongoing interest and discussions with major VCs, liquid funds and industry leading institutional partners, there is still room to add, update and possibly enhance the product, service or direction with the right person. Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary full-time Co-Founder & CEO with a passion for Swivt and extensive leadership experience with recognized companies across APAC, Europe and Middle East. You are the right person if you fit this profile and experience:
  • A seasoned 12+ year Business, Product and Go To Market C-Suite or Senior executive leader with deep experience creating, building and selling tech related service or products, exchange platforms, and structured products across traditional, Digital assets with “notable companies”.
We expect this role to both carry over a large network of existing client relationships but also be comfortable forging new relationships with clients who utilize our company’s services or products.You will play a pivotal role in driving our company initiatives, collaborating with our team, and advancing Swivt to mass adoption.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the product and sales vision with business growth goals.
  • Responsible for leading and building our product mandate, overseeing our risk and p&l, developing and managing client relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, prime brokers, venture capital funds, and many other clients.
  • Drive and lead revenue growth and sales pipeline, while creating best practices systems and procedures to eventually build a high-performance sales team and scalable division.
  • Drive innovation and stay abreast of the latest Web3 advancements in Swivt, network & infra tech.
  • Current knowledge of Swivt’s markets, key problems, trends, and overall ecosystem.
  • Engage in hands-on work, independent contribution, and deliver quality output.
  • Join fundraising calls when needed. If you have your own VC network that’s great also.
  • Presenting at events, meetups, and conferences when needed.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years consistent and proven experience in C-Suite or Senior Executive level positions with “notable companies”.
  • Must have expert experience in building, creating and selling tech system products and services.
  • Deep financial markets expertise and digital asset market structure knowledge.
  • Comfortable managing position and counterparty risk and operating in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Proven experience building, executing and leading go to market strategies, expansion initiatives, and product shipping.
  • Firm understanding of institutional and professional trader system and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communicator with both clients and internal team members.
  • Strong leadership experience – managing cross-functional teams and/or desks of other traders/operations personnel.
  • Expert knowledge of trading systems, liquidity venues, algo and quant trading, and system standards like FIX, OMS, EMS & PMS.
  • Passionate about building a great company from ground up.
  • Knowledge of overall Swivt and tech industry market dynamics and challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree is a plus.
